Product Overview: GW1 outdoor HV Ac disconnect switch
GW1-12/40.5/72.5 disconnect switches are kinds of outdoor Hy electricity transmission equipments at three-phase AC frequency of 50HZ/60HZ. it is used for breaking or connecting HV lines under no loads so that the power lines can be changed and connected and the way the electricily runs is changed. in addition, it can be used to exercise safe electrical insulation for such HV electric apparatuses as bus and break.
GW1 disconnect switches have two insulators with vertical open jewels. Vertical breaks will be formed after closing, phase spacing can be reduced. its structure is simple, and it is a widely used structure in early disconnect switch.
Product is made of conductive arm, post insulator, operating insulator, and base. Conductive arm is drived by operation and connecting rod about 50°tums up and down, complete the opening and closing operation. According the need, we can match manual or electric mechanism.

The conductive arm made of Cu-alloy of high conductance rate is characteristic of high mechanical strength ,large radiation area.
Self-energy contact finger-Pressure and stable, self-energy contact finger is characterized by high elasticity, high conductivity, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant properties, The end of the contact finger is fixed, it can avoid increasing contact resistance, The contact finger has been acknowledged by the China National Utility Model Patent. The dynamic contact part adopts the self-cleaning structure. The products cleaning the contact surface during close and open operation itself, which reduce the contact resistance and avoid heating of contact surface.
The rotating parts of disconnector are designed to be free maintenance. Imported self-lubricating shaft sleeve, high quality stainless steel shaft pin, long-lasting aviation grease are used for forever fiexible rotation and no clamping stagnation.
All disconnectors are delivered after complete assembly and adiustment. The product is convention to install, significantly reducing installation work on site.
